How do I remove wrinkles from my backdrop?
Since our backdrops are made of microfiber, most wrinkles will disappear after hanging. For stubborn creases, you can use a steam iron on a low temperature or toss the backdrop in a dryer on a gentle cycle with a damp cloth.
Are the backdrops machine washable?
Yes, our fabric backdrops are fully machine washable. We recommend using cold water and a mild detergent. To dry, either hang dry or use a low-heat setting in the dryer.
How long does shipping take?
Standard processing takes 1-3 business days. Once shipped, domestic delivery typically takes 5-7 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your backdrop for a specific event date.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-printed backdrops are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.
